Commissions are paid out on the 1st of each month. There is a minimum pay out of $50 USD. If the commission earned is not above the minimum payout, the commission will roll over to the next month.

Commissions are properly reflected on your dashboard when orders are marked as fulfilled in our system - this means when the order is shipped out to the recipient

We do not accept returns for personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.

If you receive a package that is damaged or has damaged contents, you can return the items to us for an exchange within 14 working days of receiving them. This policy applies to all products, including personalized and made-to-order items.

If you find that we’ve sent you the wrong items, please reach out to us at tyler@crafted.gg right away and follow the return instructions. We will promptly send you the correct items based on availability.

We try our best to accurately reproduce colors from screen to print, some slight variations may occur due to the difference between the RGB color code displayed on screens and the CMYK used in printing.

Additionally, different monitors can display colors differently, so various factors can affect color reproduction.
